
FITNESS: CONSISTENCY IS KEY
Consistency in fitness is a skill anyone can learn with knowledge and training. In a world where we are taught to go for the “quick wins”, learning slow-and-steady steps sounds like just another life hack. It is anything BUT.
When you begin doing simple actions that create long-term, soul-deep results, you know what happens? Those results stick.
In the three modules below you’ll find your Consistency is Key Workbook, (which can be printed out or edited online). Checklists for quick reminders and to help keep you on track, plus videos for each exercise. Don’t worry, these videos are quick bites that explain how each action works and why.
Fitness consistency is a skill. Unlike willpower which can run dry, you can learn to be as internally motivated as anyone.
Mix it up. You have lots of choices here. I’ve been personally using each and every one of these actions for many years. They’ve helped me train for events like an 86 mile skate race and 100-mile bike rides, start and build businesses, learn new habits, and tackle adventures that seemed insurmountable.

Your workbook is designed to be used in quick bites. Remember, consistency doesn’t come from loads of planning and thinking, but from taking action and following through.
Short on time? Do a quick exercise like Alphabet Game or the Action Hero and get moving. Been a tough week or feeling a little slow and low? Take some serious time for yourself and do a deep dive into What’s Your Why or some Decluttering.
You’ll find that some of the exercises will come more naturally for you, and you may start depending on one or two exclusively. My suggestion, have go-to exercises & some you can mix and match. Our wonderful, amazing brains like to be stimulated, and using the same motivator all the time will get boring and less effective.

When fitness consistency comes from our desires, habits, mindset, actions, and how we see ourselves each day, it becomes sustainable.
Manage your mind and you manage your thoughts. When you manage your thoughts, you can have anything you desire.

This course is created to work with how you learn and how you retain information and ideas. If you’re an auditory learner use these videos. If you’re a visual learner, use these videos along with the workbook. Feel like you’re a kinesthetic learner 🙂 make sure you download and write your answers in the workbook while listening to the videos.
