I did measurements this morning. And even though I have not worked out much this past week.. I am down 2 1/2 inches upper stomach, 3 inches waist and 2 inches lower stomach from the first day measurements. It is getting easier and more of a habit. – Lisa
Every night my husband and I were splitting a bottle of wine, sometimes more and I was waking up in the middle of the night, feeling shame because I had no control.
